  • Driving directions should be downloaded from our site in lieu of using search engines (i.e. Mapquest); otherwise you will likely be miss-directed.

    PHOTO CONSENT FORM (PDF)
  • We would like for students and teachers to share the memories and re-live the greatest field trip they ever had! We will post photos on our web site from your field trip but we can only do so if we have received a consent form from each of your participants.

    PERMISSION SLIP (PDF)
  • We do not require permission slips to attend a LIGO SEC field trip. However, if your school does requires parental permission, here is a sample permission slip for your use and convenience.
    • STUDENT SURVEYS
  • Student surveys will be mailed to you once your date is scheduled. Complete these surveys, attached to your checklist and bring with you to your field trip.
