Group size not to exceed 35 students for Grades K-3rd;
Our maximum capacity is 90 students but we recommend no more than 70 for grades 4-12 Grade(s) Number of Students Number of Teachers Number of Chaperones

VISIT REQUIREMENTS:

Drivers must be notified of the LIGO facility speed limit (UNDER 10 mph) and are required to remain on site during the group's visit. Driving directions should be downloaded from our site in lieu of using search engines (i.e. mapquest); otherwise you will likely be miss-directed.

Field Trip Packets must be completed and necessary paperwork brought to the field trip by the teacher.

All participants (students, drivers, teachers, and chaperones) should bring their lunch.

All participants should complete a Video/Photo Release form (pdf). (OPTIONAL - If forms for each and every participant are not submitted upon arrival, photos of the group can not appear on our field trip photo web page.)
